Window dressing is a very personal thing. What some like, others don’t. Most people just have the timber blinds, no curtain, as the blinds can be tilted to provide privacy. On your other windows you could do a roller blind, and possibly a curtain for those if you need privacy in those rooms. On your doors, …..that’s a tricky one. I think some sort of vertical drop or the Glides are good.
