We have a reserve spanning half of our block on that size and an existing rural property the rest (it is pretty much a paddock) I'm actually having trouble getting qoutes or info from the experts - I have made dozens of calls and sent a bazillion emails and only got two replies so far. Ive used my builders pool company (they use them for there display homes). Ive got approval for 9metre lap, followed by 3m x 4 at the back, it will be a 'L' shape wrapped around alfresco. Piers are 3 metre deep under slab & lucky for me i have very easy access due to neighbours havnt yet started to build. Not getting much change out of 45k which includes plumbing pumps, led lights, heating, fencing ect. ill be sure to post pics during construction which should be within the next 4-6 weeks.
