If a person buys an investment land and then decide to build on it. Do they loose their stamp duty incentives that would have applied if they where a "First Home Buyer". For NSW?

However, if you bought it to build a house to live in, you do. For the later, if you claim your incentives then build then sell without living there for the minimum period, you need to repay pro-rata those incentives you claimed.
