The Bankwest rate tracker seemed like a great deal with no exit fees and 2 years low rate but the fees seemed enlourmous.
Anyone dealt with them before?

We submitted the other 3 valuations to them but they didn't care. In effect we got less of an LVR from them. If you are after a high LVR from them ensure you know what valuation they are going to give you. I totally agree with you, jeo. The valuation they gave us was also quite a bit lower than our previous valuation from Westpac. And considering it had been almost 8 months since the Westpac valuation, hence the land and house values had risen, I would have expected the valuation to be even higher. But no, and I don't know why??? So if a high LVR is important to you, you're better off going with another bank. But in respect to everything else, we have found Bankwest to be efficient, friendly, helpful, quick. Approval within a week!!! Well done bankwest. I also have savings accounts and "everyday" accounts with bankwest for almost a year now and have never had any issues/problems with them.
