Dear Friends,
How are you doing? We are submitting for Developer Approval again and assumingly Design Review Panel will approve this time.
Dear Ken,
I have full sympathy with you. I hope you feel better. I think all the Builders should try understanding that not many people go into building their home because of the hassle involved in a building project. For the people who take extra effort in building, builders make their whole experience so dull that there is very less enthusiasm and interest left in the customer at the handover.
Murphy’s Law: Anything that can go wrong will go wrong.
Julie, Geoff, Eliza, Kure & Ken: You are part of that group who are gutsy enough to build. Ken is almost to a stage of closing. So this advice may not work for you.
Rest please take extra precautions while reading and interpreting plans, see if your slab is on the right place from your boundary, see if your frame reflects your plans in the measurement not all the contractors are great. A small thing like a missing gas line from the cooking range can well and truly delay your project. We all know this, we all try to do the right thing, and perseverance and learning from others mistakes the key.
