Someone mentioned to me that I may run into problems with drainage as the block is sloping away from the street. Re Drainage - yes it needs to be catered fro and if you have lots of concrete, it is going to change what is already installed pipe sizing wise etc. Make sure you review all costs before you start diging. ![]() Steve A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor.
