The sales guy had come over to our place and made the offer. He was on the phone with his manager but was really good to us. Re: Engineered Flooring Costs Perth 15Apr 02, 2012 2:03 pm Has anyone installed the Blue Gum (Brazillian blue gum supplied by Carpet Call) and found the quality really bad? I am having issues with dents. It's so easy to dent. One drop of an object (like a toy car, size and weight of a computer mouse), one deep dent. Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity. 1 15922 Thanks Simon, I guess I'm no concerned with the volume of the noise rather that dead and hollow sound and feel that is associated with floating floors.
