I ended up using some of my savings that was put aside for furniture As a result of all the associated BS coming along with this build (read my soil test drama thread) I am thinking that all my furniture money is going to be spent on incidentals and I am going to be eating dinner while sitting on a milk crate. "Never underestimate the usefullness of a milk crate" - The Unknown Uni Student In terms of the OP, we've had our stamp duty added to our loan by our broker, so our only out of pocket for land settlement should be the conveyencers fees and land transfer/rates/council bs fees which we've been told to allow between $700-$1500 for.
