Re: Long Island Homes 19Dec 08, 2009 10:33 am Yeah, this one has a tie up with 3-4 builders and though initially we met him regarding LIH, he showed as a 28 SQ Glenvill house over the weekend and will give us a turn key package..so basically driveway, landscaping, blinds, alfresco, pathway, site cost etc all included.
