What to do next? 9Dec 03, 2009 10:43 am Best of luck DIVYA!!! In our contract they put the sheet for Esprit inclusions, not Clendonvale, by mistake and there were errors on the drawings . Apart from checking the drawings thoroughly, and the tender items, I wouldn't bother with legal advice if I was to do it again. So excited for you! Re: Henley's building contract in hand. What to do next? 12Dec 03, 2009 12:23 pm It took Henley well above +1 year to finish it off, However I am very VERY happy with the final result, but took us a long time to come to terms. three supervisors after we finally got the good one, and he did a good job to finish it off. The Colors, to be honest I need to have a look at the contract now, as I can not remember them anymore, if I do get a chance tonight I will go though it and will send you a scan of the page. I always say, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR at least 3 time on yoru house, money well spent. The CaesarStone was a Night SKY 6100 The Kitchen cabinet were Espresso Ligna Natural finish (laminex 273) All the internal wall colors were KID SKIN (T111-3) All the wood works were ASHWOOD (P189-N1) This is all I have handy now.
