Yeah mainly farmlands, which are still dotted around the place.

I have to visit that sometime. Looks like it is doing good business, plenty of cars of the front, which will also be good for neighbouring businesses. Quote: Isn't there a pool on Robinson's Rd, I think the entrance is close to the small car yard. Mainly residential area, so not sure how they can fit a commercial pool in. Can anyone else confirm? There is a pool sale place on Westwood nothing to indicate a commercial pool. I do vaguely remember an sign for swimming lessons too, but I thought it referred to Caroline Springs? Quote: I think maybe a restaurant such as La Porchetta might be successful there. Cheap & cheerful, good for families etc. La Porchetta is alright, hopefully a good Vietnamese place - cheap and healthy meals. Hmmmm... I can just imagine the pho smells now... If anyone one wants probably the best Bun Bo Hue (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B%C3%BAn_b ... u%E1%BA%BF) this side of the city I'd recommend Song Huong in St. Albans. Quote: Has anyone eaten at the Golf Course, I see they advertise out the front. I think they should do "move in" meals to give people a sample and get the name out there. I've been looking at that, not bad pricing but seems so secretive - I guess I've always felt that way about golf courses/health spas. hehe. Anyone know of a good video store? I thought there was a video store at Burnside, but apparently that's died. I am going to Taylors Lakes Video Busters, but difficult to return videos there. Vietnamese food is not that far away either Sunshine or St Albans. I don't think there is enough customer to sustain business. A fish n chips might work. ![]() Anyone know of a good video store? There's the one at Delahey village, I have a card there but haven't borrow anything for ages. People still rent DVD ![]() I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing.
