The layout is awesome and its just simply, a really good design. If this design was available when we built.. we would have considered this, without a doubt. There are far too many rooms crammed into this house. 35 squares is way too small for that many rooms. The bedrooms are tiny. The home theatre likewise. I would be in and out of that display in under a minute. They would do better to have less rooms that are spacious.
