Hi all, looking for some urgent advice re the power supply for our proposed water feature (pump and lights).
ATM we only have one external GPO on the back wall of the house from which I hope to run a water feature pump and two external lights on the back fence. My plan is to get a licensed electrician to transform the single 240v GPO into a 12v power supply at the site of the existing GPO ie. house back wall. This would then allow me to 'safely' run a 12v power supply (in a conduit) around the perimeter of the yard to where the water feature pump and lights will be. Is this feasible or am I dreaming?
We have two young children so it is imperative that we can do this safely!
I am really hoping that I don't have to to dig a 600mm trench across the backyard to safely power the pump and lights !
