We are having smooth coloured concrete on our rear patio. If you are people who like to walk around in bare feet a lot then maybe it is not for you. Doesn't bother us as when out the front we are usually heading to the car so we have shoes on and we always have a pair of thongs at the front door. Cheers for that, Hmmm we may need to investigate further as due to covenants we require either exposed aggregate or coloured concrete. And thus far we're only really considering exposed aggregate or stenciled coloured concrete. Oh well, just one more thing to choose At least we've still got a while to make the choice, thanks again. Contact Grant on 0418 307 918 or 8768 9650. Their price for exposed agg is approx $90-$95 per mtr depending on the mix. Re: Driveway contractor - Melbourne's east 13Dec 21, 2009 9:15 am Hi Guys, We have just finished building our third new home by Porter Davis in Berwick and used Australian Concrete Driveways this time for our driveway. This is the first time we have had exposed aggregate and I love it! Cost about $90 per metre but looks amazing! I remember coloured concrete being much cheaper previously. Let me know if you want me to post some photos (our landscaping is not done yet though! Australian Concrete Driveways we amazing - We would strongly recommend them... We found them online and wish we had of used them previously. It's hard enough usually getting a quote or a concreter to call you back but these guys were different - Quote within 24 hours (emailed) and driveway done as soon as PD gave us the keys. What a professional difference and a great job! Sally Anderson of Berwick. Keen to hear from people in the area who have got KDRB done on whom they got the build from? Looking for recommendations.
