It gives us a good idea what ours will look like if our land ever titles. Our plan is a flipped version of yours. I love the cut outs in the rumpus wall. How big is your block? Building Atlantique by Carlisle Homes in Alamanda, Point Cook Alamanda Stage 8B Re: Andrea & Rathan's Atlantique adventure! 104Nov 07, 2009 9:48 pm Rathan & Andrea I know we couldnt believe it either square set wtf lol! makes a big difference wish we put square set everywhere! yeah timber is actually correct if you look from the other side its actually a wider beam compared to standard. If it were any wider I think it will look odd. ill take pics from looking through the bifolds when we go on sunday to show u want I mean. Do you know how wide ur beam is please? Are you positive its correct?? Does it look like that in the drawings? Im not sure exactly how wide ours is... but its about the width of 2 to 3 bricks.. Ill have to take a pic. Homey123 long time no see!! Hope the land titles soon.. Re: Andrea & Rathan's Atlantique adventure! 105Nov 08, 2009 9:14 pm Homey123 Wow - your house is looking amazing. It's really taking shape. Thanks Homey123! have you signed contracts and everything? when is the expected timeframe for titles? yeah the cuts are great did you include these too? it breaks up the wall a bit, now to find something to put inside them lol! our block is 522sq not much of a backyard (4m) but it doesnt bother us for now as its our first home and no kids. Homey123 long time no see!! Hope the land titles soon.. Yeah unfortunately its on the drawings though the tender drawings looked wider, and the contract drawings looked narrower not much we can do now. Aparently its a wider a beam have a look at these pics it takes up about 3.5 bricks. More pics from today's visit looks like first coat of paint is done on the walls... We decided to bring along 2 sample tiles to see how they would match with the paint and cabinets. the ensuite tile is 300x600 forgot name but will be on floor and all the way up to the ceiling on all walls. entry, kitchen, laundry, family, meals, and rumpus tile is 400x400 and is called Loft Latte. Wall colour is Beige royal (half strenght) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Masterbedroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ ensuite (tile will be floor and all the way up to ceiling) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Alfresco beam Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Kitchen island bench with floor tile Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Andrea & Rathan's Atlantique adventure! 106Nov 08, 2009 9:26 pm Wow it's looking great since I was last in here, I love your colour choices so far Blog: http://bluemistkids.blogspot.com "Never be afraid to try something new.
