Alot of questions..I find it not possible to just release the water to the ground after usage as required. As i remember there are chemicals in the water. Is it harmful to the lawn ?? etc... questions, questions, questions. And to have it placed on a deck... same question.. how is the water gonna drain.. all over the decking?? .. I just hope my questions can be answered... otherwise I will just have to go with what I think is best.. As I really like to have a Spa...and just work around the problems that surface later (hopefully none) Re: OUTDOOR SPA - Preplanning Requirement Prior to Spa Fixing 4Oct 27, 2009 10:48 am Sorry I dont have an answer, but want to ask the same question! We want to build a deck straight away after handover, but want to put a spa in too, not sure what order we should do things... If there are no reply or info provided.. I would then proceed with concrete the ground where the spa will be located during construction. Get the Spa delivered and installed in place as soon as PCI. Electrical wiring to be done/connected closest to my external powerpoint. After that, I would then deck around the spa..immediately after handover. Noting that 200mm away from my fencing and at least 100mm on its sides for ventilation. Prior to all that, i would go and check the Spa that I've brought onwhere its openings are, especially where the heating gadgets are.. and where the drainage is. And work out a drainage connected to my stormwater disposal.. closest -downpipe... Thanks Draftroom that definitely helps a heap. We are still at the very early stage of planning to see what kind of house would fit on our plot. While we are on a… 3 15784 I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says.
