Mayfair. Which model are you building? We are at week 12 now.. and have reached roof completion....not too bad for speed...but i have seen some builders at wk 12 almost at lockup. Hey tinfish, We are building the Pavillion, i really like the Mayfair, the Pavillion is the promotional home that came after the Mayfair. We have made a couple of changes Mainly being the Front elevation and the Kitchen, only just signed all the final bank forms so just waiting for some action now!!! We changed our brick colour from Dampier to Jurien. That's all for now should have a slab down next week Have also been told that only the inner part of the kitchen can be postformed laminex and the other side has to be flat as our bench is apparently too big? I talked to Laminex and they said that unless the width is more than 1.2m it should be alright....Ours is 800 or 820 so i don't know what is going on there????
