However given no one has come forward to say they are building with them, I tend to think I am right that they dont trade in NSW anymore. They do however still exist, selling house and land packages under the name SummerHill Homes. As we have already signed contracts, our house build under the Henley name is not an issue. But maybe in Sydney they also go under a different name. I know other trading names here are Clendonvale, Edgewater, Oakridge and Summerhill. Don't know if this helps any?
