I didn't know that builders give you a gift to say thank you and welcome to your new home?
For those of us who have built and moved into their new homes - what did your builder give you to say thanks - if anything at all?????

But I bought my client a xmas gift for her holiday unit I just did! I thought that would be an added surprise when she comes down at Christmas to see her unit make-over!!! It's been a month and the dinner only has a 2 month validity. Just build it the way I want and everything will be okay. Ruth -Bought house in Melbourne inner burbs, knocked it down & now...we are owner builders! Completed OB project and moved in to our new home with our new baby in May 2009!
