Browse Forums General Discussion Re: Anyone else building at Botanic Ridge? 13Oct 13, 2009 9:14 am Hi Guys Hope the titles are released asap for you We're in stage 2B LOT 232 or number 28, and we've just moved in! Been in since Saturday and loving it There is still a lot to do though: stackstone on the portico, side fence, all the rear and side concrete and landscaping galore BUT I am not driving from Mornington to Pearcedale to do the school & kinder runs every day so that is a BIG plus Scott- The painter has been hard at work at your place everyday. Won't be long at all We had no other outgoings bar rear boundary fence and stamp duty. Land Tax is only payable if this is NOT your primary place of residence OR if the value of the land is in excess of $250K. Hope that helps Building a Modified Lawson Modern 29 @ Botanic Ridge, Cranbourne South, Victoria Re: Anyone else building at Botanic Ridge? 14Oct 13, 2009 1:37 pm Thanks for that Meghan, fingers crossed we won't get any nasty suprises!!! Fingers crossed everyone. Re: Anyone else building at Botanic Ridge? 17Oct 21, 2009 9:48 am Hi All,, Great news for those of us in stage 7. Titles were done late yesterday. I have been able to get a copy of mine from Land Data.com..... However, none of the conveyancers have been advised as yet. Yipeeeee, lets get building!! Re: Anyone else building at Botanic Ridge? 18Oct 21, 2009 9:49 am Hey Anuffi, what lot are you in Jindarra??? Maybe we are neighbours as we are in there too!! Where abouts are you? If you are next door, shotgun you paying for the fence Great news about the titles! Looking to start building in early November now! Very, very exciting. I'm wandering if I should do a blog regarding our Carlisle Atlantique 36MkII build or not... hrmm... Re: Anyone else building at Botanic Ridge? 20Oct 21, 2009 12:47 pm Hi Anuffi, We are 3 blocks down at 707!! Wish I could find who is next door to shotgun the fence as temp fencing is looking like costing an arm and both legs!! Temp land settlement date booked already 4th November.... Wonder if that slab will be poured now on L710???? Having been watching works on that block very closely and it looks like they are ready to pour despite the fact that none of us had titles!! Would be great if we could find some more of our future neighbours floating around in here somewhere....... 8 40683 I haven’t. But have a Lowe Design home. Not only did I find Matt Lowe patronising and a bully, but the home is NOT TO CODE. I have water coming through the bricks… 1 31208 Nothing yet, have been distracted this year with work related projects and a new kid but hoping to start building one way or another early next year.
