Harrisdale backyard finally done! Re: fencing contractor perth 6Oct 16, 2009 11:17 pm sorry for the delay in reply - yes, that's supply and install. They use genuine colorbond and don't charge extra per metre if it's on retaining walls - you just pay an extra $140 for the hire of the core drill. We saved heaps going throuh them - nice guys too! about to build our first home! Re: fencing contractor perth 8Oct 18, 2009 10:59 am well, when I asked them why they are much cheaper that said 1) a lot of contractors are still charging premium prices likes it's still the building boom, whereas they are charging 'reasonable' prices. 2) they try and get the volume- so they are probably busier than most 3) I think the owner is one of the workers and is the one that takes all the orders - so save money by not having admin staff? It does mean that there may be a little delay in correspondence sometimes I really can't see any problems with our fence at this stage. I know we were thinking hmmm - why are they so cheap and were half expecting a bunch of ******* yahoos but am pleased to say we are really happy with the result. HTH about to build our first home! Need to remove glass panel out of concrete without wrecking the glass to get the spa room in, any recommendations on how to do that. Thank you 0 39034 We are at the stage on our build in Kilcoy, Queensland where we need to get our fencing installed but we cant get any contact details for our neighbours to give them… 0 6144 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13053 |
