Stage 14 is more expensive again. I personally would have prefered Stage 14 if not for the price increase and lack of decent sized north facing lots. However, Lyndarum lots are even more expensive and so are Summerhill lots. I personally think Aurora lots are the best value around Epping North if you take into account the prices we are paying and the inclusions we get, plus what VicUrban has planned for the Aurora estate.
