So thats 84 days. building with PJ Burns in Beerwah, Sunshine Coast QLd - not many rainy days as we are in the dry season atm... although the wet day allowance starts getting up there in summer as thats the wet season. We are building a 36sqm house with PD. 10 Days for Wet Weather and however long the xmas shut down is are all included. Big difference. But as the post above suggests, these are working days .. even if they don't state it, its never calendar days (somewhere in the standard HIA contract theres a clause that says all days are working days) .. --- I don't have a signature - just this sentence saying that I don't have one - that'll do! Look at Schedule 1 on Page 6.. states the building period is in days refer page 15 for definition... It defines days as calender days And the usual definition for business days Edit: your in NSW... maybe different... Will be completed by end of sept at only 120 days the most.
