It's a nice warm white, not cool, not yellow and not pink either! I love it next to beige and white and it doesn't look 'dirty'. Don't rely on internet pics though, as colours are never true, so as Joles suggests, best to get large samples from Laminex! Henley - Wilshire Mk 3 ... I love my house!! Thanks for posting the pics, much better to see on a larger scale. We have got the small samples, but will get some larger ones to make sure. Much less stressfull helping Mum choosing her kitchen than picking my own Re: Does this kitchen combo work? 9Jul 29, 2009 10:29 pm We have that exact floor colour - original slate in our 70s home (which we are keeping,) and are looking at a very similar concept, the white laminex cupboards (we will go gloss) with the kashmir granite benchtops - in diamond gloss laminate. It works great and the benchtop ticks all the boxes - the pattern hides scratches and the dark join line, yet it is still trendily on the pale side, and has that great stone look. We are actually doing the lower cupboards in a light beech woodgrain to match our neighbouring dining suite - hope its not too much, will tone it down with a white glass splashback. Do you think Hog's bristle would look OK with her selections? Thanks Re: Does this kitchen combo work? **Paint Question 12Aug 10, 2009 3:47 pm Jo have a look at half Hog…..it will blend better with the off white cupboards. OK, will do Actually went to get the dulux sample card for it today & was very surprised that Hog Bristle wasn't on one...was in their brochure so better than nothing I suppose. Thanks Mish Re: Does this kitchen combo work? **Paint Question 14Aug 11, 2009 5:06 pm Jo K Michelle Jo have a look at half Hog…..it will blend better with the off white cupboards. Thanks Mish I’ve got them here in my office from the paint shop! They are bigger than the small chips, but not as big as my A4’s Hog full, Hog 1/2 and Hog ¼….you need to find a better paint shop. Mum would like a blue splashback, but not sure if a lighter or darker blue would look nice Re: Does this kitchen combo work? *Blue splashback??? 16Aug 21, 2009 1:58 pm Would love to help you JoK, but as I'm having huge blue problems myself, my opinion would be worth nix!!! Re: Does this kitchen combo work? *Blue splashback??? 17Aug 21, 2009 5:23 pm If you do a search on my past posts you will find a pic of our laundry it has kasmir granite diamond gloss on top. Personally I don't think blue would work. Maybe a dark graphite grey or a pewter colour but its too earthy in m books for blue. But have a look at the pictures. We have it with brown on the bottom and a cream splashback so maybe that is why i think its too warm for blue. Anyway I love the kasmir it looks great!!!
