We did take pics but they didn't turn out so I cant show you now till they get installed . The question is Will we be in next weekend? I am doubting that as we still have quite a bit to do. it seems to be bits that have been fixed and re fixed over and over again. and due to the rain last week its stopped any work out side getting done. But on top of all of this we have to notify the bank who wants 5 days to inspect the place eve though the amount of money we are borrowing isn't that much. Sooo i say we prob wont get our keys till early the week after. its like a tug o war of hand over dates LOL Hugs Taz and John John, Tarin and the Kids Built and moving in to the Regent Grande with Masterton homes http://thebrownsaremovingtothecountry.blogspot.com Re: John and Taz's Masterton Mansion..Finally A LIGHT @ the end 165Aug 04, 2009 12:23 pm We just had our PCI # 8273662000000 LOL no really. Banks been :) 173Aug 06, 2009 9:16 pm Yep the bank has been for the final inspection. I am stuffed tonight its been one hell of a HUGE day. We received our Oven, dishwasher, range hood and cook top. Our water tanks came and were installed but we had to turn the water off because we have a leak in the laundry out of our washer tap Grrr. Im in tears tonight i think i am over whelmed that the place has come from walls to being ready. we are all most at the end of the road. Banks been :) 174Aug 06, 2009 9:21 pm I hope they are happy tears Once we had our valuaiton it only took less than two days for the money to come through, so you most certainly are almost at the end of the road Re: John and Taz's Masterton Mansion.. Banks been :) 175Aug 06, 2009 10:35 pm I hope they are happy tears also or at least tears of relief. It's amazing the many different emotions you go through on this building journey..... it's just one big emotional roller coaster. It won't be long now before you will be able to sit back and look at the beautiful house you have created Samantha Building the Leabrook by Statesman at Freeling My Thread - https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=15237 We are now in our house!! Re: John and Taz's Masterton Mansion.. Banks been :) 176Aug 11, 2009 6:21 am Today we are hoping that Masterton will bring our keys . The bank paid the last payment yesterday. AKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK we are so excited although council came and done the inspection the other day and they told us that we weren't to move in until the hand rails are installed on the steps out the front. But Masterton said that we can certainly move some stuff in. Just cant do nothing to the areas that need carpet and we cant sleep there until the railings on. So its all dam exciting we cant wait John, Tarin and the Kids Built and moving in to the Regent Grande with Masterton homes http://thebrownsaremovingtothecountry.blogspot.com Re: John and Taz's Masterton Mansion.. Handover today! 11/8 177Aug 11, 2009 8:37 am Congrats J&T! You must be so excited!!! After everything you went through with B'wood to finally be at this point must be wonderful! Re: John and Taz's Masterton Mansion.. Handover today! 11/8 178Aug 11, 2009 8:02 pm HI, how did it all go today ??? Re: John and Taz's Masterton Mansion.. Handover today! 11/8 179Aug 11, 2009 9:01 pm Well we have keys! woot woot woo. So we started to move the junk in to the garage today. Its all sooooo exciting. the only problem is that due to having 7 steps at the front we have to wait for a hand railings on it. We have been told by council that we are not to move in until this is installed. Tomorrow we have the pool company coming, this is supervisor #3 from Narellan pools and we will hopefully be sent to council ASAP, The brickies are coming to brick up the stairs for out side near the laundry, Sparkies are spose to be there as well to install the fans. Thursday the painters will be arriving to do last min touch ups, concreter to pour the slab for the stairs Friday is the carpet Hopefully the handrails will be installed some time over the next few days too. i want to clean the house before i take some more pics tomorrow Hugs Taz and John John, Tarin and the Kids Built and moving in to the Regent Grande with Masterton homes http://thebrownsaremovingtothecountry.blogspot.com Re: John and Taz's Masterton Mansion..
