At nearly $70 m2 this will cost them just about as much as rendering will. We got that straight from the Brick REP. I just dont have enough faith that anything apllied paint/stain or otherwise is not going to need touching up every 5-10 years. I know that happens with rendering but at least i'll know how to deal with that.
