So we put in a loop on the side of the vanity cabinet (don't know how to describe it - a metal loop, like you affix round guttering to a house). I then put the nossle of the hair dryer into that to hold it there in place. Cord then hangs, but tucks away. You see a similar thing in hair salons to hang the hair dryers up & it doesn't matter if your hair dryer has one of the tiny loops or not. This house - no room for that... but I have heaps of storage - so have my own drawer for it. That works perfectly too. (I loose too much hair to use it any other room other than one with tiles - easy to clean) In the new house the hairdryer will be left on the ensuite bench, as we are only have one basin and lots of bench space.
