Hi No Way.
We're in stage 12a and the engineering drawings indicate we have less than 200mm of fill on average on our block and it is virtually flat 90mm from the back to the front of the block.
So i'm not expecting a big bill for site costs.

When I bought the stage 10 about 2 months before, Joel told me it will be 900 bucks a year. And I just found out from the newly released stage 11 document, it says around 990 bucks, please refer to the contract of sales. I checked my contract of sales, and could not find the exact amount, so a bit confused. What about yours? Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 79Jul 10, 2009 3:43 am Hi All Just come across this site. Wish I'd found it earlier. Looks great so far. I have a block in stage 6 and am looking at builders at present. I live in WA and I will be coming over to look and to sign up a house in the next few weeks. I will have 4 days to find a house / builder I like so would like to hear any recommendations good or bad about builders from the display village. Looking to spend approx 150k base up to 215k turn key. Looking at 4 x 2 double garage. I signed up for the block in Feb 2008 and just settled a few weeks ago. Prices have gone up 30k since signing up Regards Regrow Re: Alamanda Estate - Owners Forum 80Jul 10, 2009 8:50 am Claego are you able to post some photos of the internals of your starserve box? I'm curious to see the configuration. Thanks! 2 31358 In Victoria you cannot put a caveat on arising from a domestic building contract. 65 112447 They already have two well known ones (HIA & MBA) that many new home buyers mistakenly think are regulatory bodies that Joe Public can complain to. 6 18030 |
