Good news for us, where the drain is situated its well cleared off our future driveway. Bad feng shui or not we were still going to buy the block which we'd done but was curious as well for anyone whom are curious regarding drain and feng shui, as long as its flowing water its considered as good feng shui just like having a fountain at the front yard. Re: street drain infront of block good feng shui? 5Aug 09, 2009 3:11 pm Oh no ! A drain in front of your house is terrible feng shui I advise immediately concreting it up, block it any way you can. This will appease the Green Deng Turtle. During heavy rainstorms the Green Turtle will bless your residence. Councils and engineers are so deluded about drainage design. Engineering works and drain systems should be based on feng shui, NOT water flows, gradients and pipe capacity. Do the hard jobs first. The easy jobs will take care of themselves. - Dale Carnegie Re: street drain infront of block good feng shui? 6Aug 11, 2009 11:47 am I'm worried about all the negative energy coming from my electricity supplier, so i'm going to have the cables installed in the sewerage pipes so it will flow away to where it belongs Re: street drain infront of block good feng shui? 7Oct 03, 2009 11:54 pm Lifestyle_Living Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is a street drain along the road adjacent to the kerb infront the house consider as good or bad feng shui? I was told various opinions, as water flow under into your block which good feng shui as oppose to water get carry away from block by the drainage. Thanks If it drains directly in front of the house, it is terrible Feng Shui. However if the drainage is at the following positions in relation to the middle point of the house it is fine. These positions are the North east, South west, North west and South east. These four positions in Feng Shui is called "water mouth" and the outgoing water is preferred to pass one of these areas. Cheers! Cheers! Lok Tin I just looked at my floorplan and found there's storm water pit in front of my house (not directly in front of the house, it's on the street footage). Is this considered terrible Feng Shui too? If it is, does anyone have any advice how to block the bad energy? Cheers. Thanks generally, nothing bad. unless 100% of the time, it's stinking sewer water that flow thru....thats bad. depending on your terrain - lets say your house sits on a flat ground. If the drain flow from front left to front right - it's considered average fengshui. but if you have a drain on the left of your house - separating you from your neighbour on the left. Plus - the water flow from back(back of the house) to the front. This is the kind of house I would look for. because it has fullfilled one of the important fundamentals of a good fengshui house. PS: a good FS house depends on a lot of criterias, not just the above Re: street drain infront of block good feng shui? 10Oct 21, 2009 12:59 am star_panorama I just looked at my floorplan and found there's storm water pit in front of my house (not directly in front of the house, it's on the street footage). Just make sure that the drain does not clog with rubbish. Keep your house clean and tidy - and you got a good fs house. Hi all.
