I spoke to Geraldine in late February and she informed me that there would be a release in 2-3 weeks time. 3 weeks later nothing was mentioned about any land release so I made another visit to Geraldine to find out. She then told me that it would be release prior to Easter (early April) yet nothing happened. I know several people who have purchased or are also looking to purchase land there who have shared the same concerns as me. It's been 3 and a half months since I first spoke to her and I've still haven't heard from her or Peet. Is anyone here looking to purchase land for the next release? Cheers Re: Brimbank Gardens, Derrimut VIC 35Jun 04, 2009 4:00 pm wb_09 Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anybody knows what the situation is regarding the next stage release (33) at Brimbank Gardens? Cheers Hi, Did you put your name down on the waiting list to be contacted when its released for public, what i understand, you had to put your name down, then they call a shortlist and you had to go line up (camp out) - Because it is so popular, I was told I would have little chance, so I got the land through a builder (PD) Re: Brimbank Gardens, Derrimut VIC 36Jun 04, 2009 9:33 pm adammm wb_09 Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anybody knows what the situation is regarding the next stage release (33) at Brimbank Gardens? When I camped out we found out that some blocks had already been taken by the builders. I am sure there is a deal when builders build display homes they get first crack at the blocks. And then spoke to PD and they have informed me that the house has been approved by Peet, so construction should begin very very soon! Exciting news! So much so, I'm smiling like a Cheshire Cat. Cheers Re: Brimbank Gardens, Derrimut VIC 39Jun 10, 2009 10:06 pm Congratulations! It is going to be a busy area with all the new house starts. Our slab is scheduled for tomorrow but with the weather the last few days, do not not like the chances. Fingers crossed. Kruger National Park - An amazing place to visit I have posted this before: We hired Darbecca to do every stage inspection, and I strongly recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were amazing.
