Our plans were with the developer for around 2 weeks and we were beginning to get nervous thinking they wanted certain things changed as most developers these days are pretty strict with their standards. Our experience with the builder/developer so far has been cordial so we hope everything runs smoothly with the council. Fingers crossed. Settlement was supposed to be on the 27th May, but I have just heard it has now been postponed for Thursday. Fingers crossed.
