He explained we dont and they were just idiots(ofcourse they didnt use that terminology) Our bill in dec 08 for our water was $50 something bucks.. i was like why? we have just bought this land.. some ** buggers must be stealing it but just got a notice bill(cant remember what they called it but its just kind of like a statement) and at the moment its only for 12 bucks from dec to april. Think ill get my bill end of may.
