We now have a chance to get the tiler to laid the tiles all the way to the cornices / ceiling and need to decide by tomorrow. What is your view ? To leave it or laid it all the way to the top ? Cheers What is the waterproof membrane mate? Is it wetseal? JB Re: Tiling in shower - URGENT Advice 7Apr 25, 2009 6:27 am I'd go to the top if you can. We have ours tiled not all the way to the top, but nearly, just in the shower area and I think it looks much nicer "Your emotions are the slaves to your thoughts, and you are the slave to your emotions." — Elizabeth Gilbert Living in our new house. Re: Tiling in shower - URGENT Advice 10Apr 25, 2009 8:15 am Yep would be good to see one in the "flesh"so to speak. I have always thought that if it was only in the shower area then go to pretty much the height of the shower screen (this is what we have always had previously and what the kids are having in their ensuites - whereas in our ensuite we are doing every wall to 2m) Some things are worth waiting for. Re: Tiling in shower - URGENT Advice 11Apr 25, 2009 11:49 am Anyone with a photo ? I need to get back to the tiler by today as he will be finished by today as the fitout electrician / plumber will be in on Monday/Tuesday Cheers Re: Tiling in shower - URGENT Advice 12Apr 25, 2009 2:42 pm here you go (hoping you don't all decide NOT to tile higher after seeing my pics ) ensuite Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ bathroom Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ "Your emotions are the slaves to your thoughts, and you are the slave to your emotions." — Elizabeth Gilbert Living in our new house.
