Has anybody had any dealings with Darmon Homes?

So far I seem very impressed with their attitude and what they include at standard part of their contract. I have been shopping around for awhile now and so far they seem the most suitable for our choice.

Yes, I'd also love to know if anyone has had any dealings with them. I too was impressed with the particular house we saw this weekend. They also seem to be quite willing to make changes as well.

They seem to be a relatively new company, only 7 yrs old. But I think we may look into it a bit further.

Would love to hear from anyone who has built with Darmon or are thinking of it as well.

I have seen their displays and I thought they were pretty good. I think the Allure - their big display was in the $400k plus range - so more on a custom pricing kind of level.

Pasey25, I think the base price of the Allure was $314K. But once you get it up the what you REALLY want you would probably be looking at about the 400K mark, so you're probably right there.

Do you know anyone that has built with Darmon? Keen to hear of any experience.

it may have been $400 or so as displayed. I overheard the salesperson talking to someone when I was there.

Sorry but I don't know anyone who has used them.
