I still can't figure out some of our contract stuff.... What did the promotion/sales quote paperwork say? There's usually a whole lot of ** with footnotes listing conditions and exclusions at the bottom of the advertised offers. When i thought they'd made a mistake with the fixed site costs in the contract because it was $2,300 less then i was quoted, it turns out that's actually the smart wiring and it's just shown in a different section. So it is included as part of the fixed site costs.. it's just in a different spot to confuse me!!
