Many happy people in our area. Would I build with them again? Yes. They have great designs. I know of many NOT HAPPY people in our area who have built with this lot as well! Our site costs on a flat block were good but increased due to extra peiring required due to soil conditions. MJH were for some time aware of the large increase of the number of peirs required as opposed to the original plans but failed to advise me that the costs will go over as they are meant to advise me of an estimate of the increase under the HIA contract. I wasn't called by MJH on the day of the peiring to let me know it would go over. As I could not witness the peir depths I found it frustrating to sign for a 3K variation. Apart from this and some poor communication amongst staff we are fairly happy with MJH. Hi AKG, We had a base tender of $592 for 31 squares from MC Donald Jones.
