It looks like a low pitch roof with a deep profile. You can't put a dektite on that as it will effectively make a dam that will leave standing water in the profile. You would need to do what pulse said and flash from the ridge down to and over the flue so water sheets off. Have you got a more wide angle shot showing the entire roof and sheet profile including angle of pitch? You can then dektite that to prevent water penetration. You'll need to get it bent up as it won't be an off the shelf flashing. If you try and put a dektite on as is you will end up with a huge puddle of standing water backed up behind the flue.
