Rough price guide for boundary fencing

Well, not sure of 80m, but to give you an idea.
For 1.8m high colourbond around 72m worth;

Our right hand side fence: 26.88m - which also included 200mm treated pine sleepers under fence and 5 posts core drilled into sandstone retaining wall... plus also a 3.198m return with gate. - $5,050 inc. GST
Our rear boundary side fence (all on sandstone retaining blocks) - 18.085m of fencing, also with 200mm treated pine sleepers. all posts into retaining wall. - $2,950 inc. GST
Our left hand side boundary fence (only one post coredrilled into sandstone) - 28.419m of fencing with 200mm treated sleepers, but also a second higher 400mm set of sleepers for aroun 12m or so. One post into sandstone block. This also includes a gate and another 1.5m of return fencing. - $5,630 inc. GST

So for 72m of fencing, we are at around $13,000.. take away the two gates and the returns, id say maybe $10-11,000 or so. And take into account the coredrilling, be heaper without core-drilling into sandstone.

EDIT: i did get other quotes, the other two were 16k and 17k, luckily the third came back cheaper, and the third even included extra sleepers.. so stoked with the quote.

This is colourbond, so be even cheaper if you dont go colourbond i assume.

We are still mid build, so very recent, quotes received 13/6/2024.
We haven't accepted ours yet, waiting for a better idea on completion time for our build.
