Hopefully by the time execution comes later this year we aren't priced out of our own build. It's no wonder trades are so hated, especially in Perth. I engaged my builder in December last year and we’ve been working on preliminary drawings for last couple of months. I got a call from the salesperson this morning… 0 1538 For our new build in NSW we opted for a heat pump with a 315L storage tank. Early days yet as we only moved in 6 weeks ago.
