Hi All,
Hoping someone can give me some advise on the render finish at our newly renovated house.
The level of the render on the front of the house has been finished to the level of the dirt, not to the level of the block work, so it doesn't finish in a straight line.
We're about to have the landscaping done and the original plan was to have gravel and pavers under the roof overhang,
between the house and posts, however the landscaper can't level the ground as it would expose the block work.
Builder said they did it this way as they followed the line of the block work and they wouldn't come back to finish the render to one level.
This was a very expensive build, so can't put it down to 'you get what you pay for'
Any advise welcome.
I've also attached some pics of the render at the other side of the house next to the water tanks, again the render does not finish in a straight line.
Thanks.
