Zero Lot Issue & Need Idea

We have zero lot & neighbour would like to have the concrete foot path instead of exiting pebbles foot path as in the photo & they would like to move the gate in the front and use my wall to hang side gate which meant we won’t be able to access our wall.

(1) I wanna know if it is good idea to allow them to put the concrete extending on my land (small space) next to our building?

I am concerned because we have easement and weep holes that can’t be blocked (This is what I understand).

(2) 1) I want to know how to make the border between me & the neighbour without extending the fence. Could u pls kindly throw the idea what to do or share if you have the photo of similar issue to look at?

it's not uncommon to not have a fence next to the garage wall, and instead just terminate it at the each end of the garage wall. as far as what to do with that 100-200mm space - i'd either put pebbles there, or a strip drain.

i've never heard of anyone washing their garage wall, usually people leave access so that you can inspect during the termite check

If you want access just move your wall off their boundary, unless you have an easement on their property

Yes I do! I hate insects or spiders web inside weeps holes but it is not the point.

If I let them extend their concrete foot path on my land, is it okay as long as their concrete don't go higher than weep holes on my wall, right?
