They know that I have several medical conditions and that I am 65 yrs old. It doesn't matter how many times I contact them about this it just still is not working. We don't live in a third world country and running hotwater should be a given in this day and age. Totally Disgraceful. C1MH That is so dissapointing. I listened to a podcast with the CEO of Hudson homes a few weeks ago and it was very inspirational as he was talking all about how customer service is one of their main priorities. It seems to me that once they get there final payment even though there is unfinished work needing to be fixed they just ignore the problems.
