I Built with Hudson Homes in the Hunter Valley after 2yrs I final got my keys to move in and found that my dishwasher was not even plumbed for conection, had to do it myself, and even though I paid to have them install Solar Hotwater system I still have no Hotwater 2 months later. They know that I have several medical conditions and that I am 65 yrs old. It doesn't matter how many times I contact them about this it just still is not working. We don't live in a third world country and running hotwater should be a given in this day and age. Totally Disgraceful.

That is so dissapointing.

I listened to a podcast with the CEO of Hudson homes a few weeks ago and it was very inspirational as he was talking all about how customer service is one of their main priorities.

Sounds like this is still a work in progress

Yes well there solution is to blame everyone else while I a 65yr old woman with major medical problems have to just continue to boil water and wash myself in a bucket every day since 5 April this year. It seems to me that once they get there final payment even though there is unfinished work needing to be fixed they just ignore the problems.
