There is a private sewer line running under the pool at 1.6m underground. NOTE - this is NOT the easement / sewer mains line. It is my private sewer line connecting the house to the sewer main. We are well clear from the sewers main line. There are no rules or regulations or engineering concerns to build the pool over the private line. I have 2 options - Option 1 - Ignore and do nothing. If the pipe break in the future then we will build a new line to redirect the pipe away from the pool. A plumber told me this is the best option because it shouldnt break so we are just wasting our money to fix it now. Option 2 - Build a new line to redirect the pipe away from the pool NOW.
