I haven't heard that before, but that makes sense as well. :thumbsup: The battle-axe property has a long handle 50+ metres long , and a further 65+ metres,with 3m elevation over that last 65-metres. Width is about 20m (from memory). It feels big, but there is a 'restriction' at the front of the plot, which is why I have a "limited area" at the front, to make a turning circle, and limitations with the building envelope to accommodate the dwelling. So, I was looking a turntables, to help with turning the car around, because Council requires driving out head first, from such a long driveway. Also, I think concreting driveways is not cheap, so the turntable is probably the same cost as that, and it looks a lot more elegant, except that it's relying on electricity to run (as I wonder what if there's a power outage and this won't work?)
