Interested in hearing from anyone with experience building with Carter Grange in Victoria. Can't find much online given they start a new build a week find it a bit concerning there isn't more commentary.

The big builders that have thousands of reviews tend to incentivise in some way (freedom vouchers etc.) Yeah 100% but you usually get 10% of people leave a review and obviously anyone totally aggrieved leaves a review. I've noticed a pattern of negative reviews being removed as well so they are definitely monitoring/paying a third party to remove negative reviews.. Even the cheapest volume buidler can't do that after the site cost etc. And carter is a premium builder. |
