Construction manager keeps changing

Assume you mean the Metricon Site Supervisors keep changing?. The construction manager manages these site supervisors. If so then Yes, that is Metricon's normal process. Make sure if anything they say is important that this is documented in an email back to them to acknowledge and confirm. Talk is cheap and conveniently forgotten or lost in the transition!

This appears to be common issue in Metricon. We are 11 months into the build with M and were recently advised our second SS has moved internally within M and will no longer be looking after the project. Now waiting for a 3rd SS to take over. In the interim they have assigned a junior SS who is 1 month into the job and hasn't got a clue. I was told each SS manages around 15 builds in the area so I am sure the other customers along with me are also upset every time an SS changes.

What I have experienced so far with the build process is that every time I alert the SS about a defect they say "yes we will get it fixed", but months go by and the problem is still there and delays the stages of construction. As a customer I spend my time relentlessly chasing up SS about rectifying defects with proof of inspector reports. Sometimes no responses would come in for weeks and then I spend the rest of the time escalating the issue to the construction manager. We have made it clear to them we will not accept a build with defects.
