Due to them stuffing up the unused easement meant I couldn’t get a building permit to present to the banks to get unconditional finance and based on this the contract ended and a new one with increased cost applied. "fixed rate" lol i guess you've not been following what's been happening with "fixed rate" contracts for the last 3 years? If it wasn't the easement, it would be something else. Just take a look around here, on the various Metricon disgruntled FB pages etc. Trust me, your contract was never intended to stay fixed.
