I wanted to pulse-check with all experienced members of this forum if there are any signs of construction costs decreasing in the near future. - the overall global economic slowdown - demand for a new dwelling is decreasing - lumber futures are down - in the USA almost by 70% of the peak post COVID - not sure if other construction materials are coming down as well - bricks, mortar - trades availability might improve with migration and with decreasing demand TIA for your response!
