I can see you are quite active in these forums and a reply from someone like you is a hope that there is some solution for things such as these. For non-builders like me this process is quite daunting honestly Apologies if my posts are unconventional, but engineering fundamentals dictate reactions, data/proofs and analysing worse case loads. Unfortunately there is limited solutions when the contracts are one sided, battlers are treated like mushrooms , kept in the dark and fed bulls!t and regulators and polies are weak, etc,etc You need to enter into the next agreement with your eyes wide open.
